"Since I was a young child I have had a sheer panic of getting my head under water. I was simply certain that water would come in through my nose and I would drown.  In 2008 Peter had just started practicing TFT and asked if I was interested in trying to see if that could help me get rid of this fear of water. I had taken the first very basic step on a scuba diving course the year before and was therefore very keen to try the TFT so I could go on and get the full benefit of scuba diving.

Peter and I had one session where, though it was a little difficult for me to mentally put myself in the situation where I would feel the panic, we managed to get through the full treatment cycle.

4 years after the session with Peter, I was on holiday in Malaysia and suddenly found myself doing things relating to water that I had never dreamt that I would ever even consider. I jumped into the swimming pool, head first, dived just wearing a snorkel, swam with my head under water and eyes open (previously I had convinced myself that if I did this with my contact lenses in they would fall out). Though I had my husband within easy reach – on a sunbed by the pool – I did all of these things on my own in the hotel swimming pool and thought nothing of it.

I have tried to find a logical explanation to my sudden change in attitude to swimming and engaging in water activities but cannot see other than it must have been the session with Peter that did the trick. I am forever grateful to him for helping me pass this hurdle and thereby being able to enjoy holidays to the full."

 "I had suffered from work related stress for some time and a friend recommended that I sought help from Peter. In the session Peter instructed me on how to perform a tapping sequence when I next experienced the stress symptoms. A couple of weeks later I woke up in the middle of the night in a hotel room with a tight knot in my stomach and some chest pain.

As I could not fall asleep again, I simply got out of bed, focused on how bad I felt and performed the tapping sequence. There was an immediate improvement, but not enough, so I did the tapping sequence again. This time the knot in my stomach was gone and my mood had gone back to normal. There was still a little chest pain left, but that just melted away a couple of minutes after I had gone back to bed. Needless to say, I slept like a log for the rest of the night - well worth the five minutes or so it took to do the treatment.

This was an incredibly powerful experience and I have successfully used the tapping sequence since when stress has got the better of me. Having that one session with Peter is the best value for money I have had for a long time - thank you!"
